SOLD!

As some of u know, i've been living on my own in the past 1.5 years. But the situation is going to change pretty soon ... because i just sold my apartment last night.

In fact, i've been posting my apartment at the prop agency for over a month, thinking that, if the price was right, i'd just sell it. Well, a more legit reason would be that my mom has just received a letter from the Buildings Department saying that we have to tear down the illegally built top floor (those who have been to my mom's should have BBQ'd there!). Alright, it means money and ... money! All of a sudden, selling my apartment becomes such a natural process, sadly!

Then the right price came yesterday.

My mom was taking care of the business for me because i needed to work (duh!). Firstly, the prop agent came with a woman to see my apartment. Then 10 mins after they left, the prop agent called my mom again and said the woman wanted to bring her husband along to see it again. Finally, 4 hours later, the couple brought their daughter and saw the apartment for the 3rd time in the same day.

Alright, DONE DEAL!

I'll need to hand over the apartment to the new owner in late July, which means i still have 2 months of FREE, ALONE, HEAVENLY time before moving back to my mom's, which include my mom, my sister, my the-older-the-more-annoying father, and my oh-i-can't-shut-up-and-sit-still nephew. My heaven here will definitely be missed ..................... at the same time, for sure i'll look at some mosquito-sized apartment under HKD $1 mil. I'm sure i'll get back my lifestyle sooner or later!
