唔夠兩個鐘後，新業主就會黎收樓，意味著我同間屋既關係只剩低兩小時 ......

另外，我尋日終於收左新屋，即係話呢兩日我做左 owner of two apartments ... 嘻嘻!

Moving out of a place is such a nerve cracking experience. I still have some 濕碎 stuff to pack. Then I need to decide which to pack in boxes and which to bring with me for this one month.

7月31日舊樓要交吉，30日有搬運公司黎搬野入倉，8月6日我就入汀蘭居住一個月 (所以要返呀媽度訓幾晚 ......)，怕且九月頭點都應該新居入伙啦卦 ... 呢輪都係執野同 pack 箱，有好多好多好多好多好多好多野，加上新學期聽日開始，所以呢個禮拜忙到抽筋，簡直想死!

好多野想嚮 blog 分享，但時間太少! So long!

Batman vs. Badman

今日放假，於是搵貧友睇早場 - 蝙蝠俠!

拍攝接近一流，短短五六分鐘既香港景拍得靚到唔知係香港咁滯! 今次以「黑」為主題，動作亦多，但攝影師往往將鏡頭 zoom 得太近，令我有頭暈眼花之感! 選角方面，一如以往，今次個小丑一樣咁搶鏡，怪唔知有人傳話個演員抽離唔到而去左! 而 Batman ... 由第一代至今，個個飾演 Batman 都可以係無乜演技，呢個亦唔例外，所以 no comment! 故事我就略嫌過份說教 - 事發城市既居民開始質疑 Batman 既滅罪能力，有人更認為 Batman 既存在刺激罪犯挑戰而犯罪 - 我認為有太多細節交代得太多，整體係一套 B 至 B+ 既電影啦!

今個暑假既電影合曬我胃口，cartoons and near-cartoons 係我既至愛! KungFu Panda, Wall*E, ...... 一年都唔入一次戲院既我，今年終於要洗下錢入場!

另外，今日賣戲票俾我果位哥哥竟然係我中六既同學仔，十六年無見差 d 唔認得!

樓宇一買一賣真係幾煩!

七月三十一號就要將舊居交俾新業主，而新居會七月二十一號到手，可惜新居裝修需時，變相我有大半個月無地方住! 好多朋友叫我不如返阿媽度訓三兩個星期，但阿媽度有怪獸(姪)同wee-wung-wung(老竇)，可免則免 ......

周圍走訪，問關於月租酒店，點知一係貴到無人有，一係爆晒! 真係講都無人信，維景酒店 (荔枝角道同砵蘭街交界) 要收$18,000/月，仲要最少住三個月! 呢間野俾盡佢兩星級，計埋國內背景最盡三星，收人萬八個月都算搵笨! 當然，奧運demand係一個重要因素! 搵搵搵搵搵搵，突然發現汀蘭居做夏日特惠，，設施齊備，而且地方非常靚，只收$8,000/月，雖然嚮荃灣，但都好抵! 打電話去問，話八月十號先有房 ...... 無言!

再諗再諗!

Candies for me and t-shirt for Joel received! Thanks for the candies! I do remember the tangerine one and its taste! Brought back so many memories!

For whatever reason, the tangerine ones are quite sticky as if they had run through water, but the raspberry one, new taste to me, is pretty dry. Different textures, I would say. Thanks for the nice treat!

同學生仔女打乒乓波

逢星期五都係乒乓波日，不過波友上兩星期突然話好忙，好無奈 ...

赫然發覺有學生話對打乒乓波有興趣，於是尋日就同學生打波喇! 本來只約左兩個學生，後來其他同學仔女又話 join 我地，最後有 8 個出現 ......

感想一: 三張幾野打波真係好麻煩，唔係話無氣無力，而係個個朋友都話忙，唔係忙屋企就係忙陪女 ... 係咪正因為呢個原因，所以到咁上下就求其搵個伴? 係就 so sad ... maybe it's just me!

感想二: join 得我打波既同學仔女總算同我無乜過節、牙齒印，其中有兩個仲對我嚮美國讀書打工既經歷好有興趣，猛同我傾計，搞到我唔可以集中享受打波 ...

Why the hype?

Yeah, i know Apple is such a huge brand. But i still need to seriously question the super-hype of iPhone all over the world.

iPhone was being sold today. Over 1,000 people (on a weekday ... jobless or what?) were waiting in line to take the iPhones that they had ordered a monthly ago. Dominating the initial market of iPhone, 3 Hutchison bundled a stiff-priced monthly fee with the purchase of iPhone. Let alone the long airtime contract. The question is: Why the hype with this oh-so-damned-overpriced phone?

Comparing iPhone's specs with other smartphones', i found that iPhone is a reasonable buy ONLY IF it's priced in the upper-$4,000. OK, i'll give Apple the brand a premium and make it mid-$5,000. I have no idea about the final sum of money people need to pay for the "genuine" iPhone with the contract and such, but "water" goods are found everywhere at Sin Tat at the upper-$6,000 range.

Again, why the hype? I'd admit i have had real bad experience with Apple's products. But all things being constant, iPhone's specs really don't deserve the price at which it is being sold now.

Maybe it's just me ... hane i told u i'm the OUT group in HK?

Re: Plan B

有兩位讀設計既朋友俾左 d 意見關於 Plan B，兩位都不約而同地指出房門嚮窗邊怪怪地，而睡床嚮廁所隔離會潮濕 (我認為唔會，因為有道牆 ... 係咪??? 廁所牆係會做防潮架嗎 ... right?)。

Anyway, thanks for 出手相助! 我 21 號先收樓，仲有成兩個禮拜我諗 Plans C, D, E, ...

what the flu!

Yes, i got a flu for no good reason. But then when u r faced with screwed-up teens daily, u get sick easily. Seriously, i may have got it in class. Sigh ......

Plan B

This is plan B, which enables me to watch TV while in the work area. But then i'd need to 繞場一周 in order to go from sleep to pee. Given that, however, the apartment is still too small to consider the distance i need to travel to visit the restroom.

Flo, get me this if it's legal!

Many thanks for your offering to ship me things! Here's the thing i want from the US.

I used to get it from Kroger, Eckerd, Walgreen, ...... when i was in H-town. Price ... i forgot! It may have vanished because, u know, it's been 6 years since i last bought it. If u can't find it, let this slide!

Plan A of my future home

My future home is a 200 sq. feet apartment, which is 1/3 smaller than my current one. It also means it will take me more time to figure out how the placement of furniture and such should be. Plan A is as follows:
