apartment search

Ever since i sold my apartment, i've been wondering if i should go search for another mosquito-sized apartment for myself. My mom is a big concern - i've been thinking that she must want me to return home living with the family, at least she has shown the desire somewhat. Surprisingly, when i showed my interest in finding another one-man apartment, she didn't appear to be disappointed.

Great! So i go search.

2 seemingly right apartments have come by, worth considering. But the dilemma is huge: one is resided in a newer building but the apartment itself is too much a "square" that it's hard to design the placement of my stuff. Another one is in an older building but the apartment is in better "shape" that facilitates the placement of furniture and stuff. Both are sub-$1 mil as far as price is concerned. (yeah! i can only afford this type)

Anyway, the search will go on. Hopefully the right one will come by one month before i need to hand over this one to the new owner. I would hate renting an apartment or going home for a month. Moving is such a ...
